But that is elementary, completely elementary; that is only the first work. To loose the Seven Seals in a masterly way is something more terrible, much more terrible.

It follows Sivananda's Kundalini Yoga in part: Bhur and Bhuvar are the names of the worlds (lokas) Sivananda gives the first two chakras, and Ram, Ham and Om are his seed syllables for the third, fifth and sixth. The usual Hindu set LAM, VAM, RAM, YAM, HAM, OM never appears as a set in Samael Aun Weor's works.
